Django Job Board focuses on Django and Python-related positions, including backend development, full-stack roles, DevOps positions, and other tech roles where Django/Python skills are required or preferred.

Job listings stay open for 30 days from the date they are approved. A scheduled task runs daily and marks anything past its 30 days as expired.

Separately, nothing stays on the home page longer than 60 days from the date it was published. That is a backstop for the handful of listings that run longer than the usual 30 days: past 60 days a listing rolls back to the archive even if it is technically still open.

Either way the listing is not deleted and it is not hidden. It moves to the past jobs archive, and its own page stays at the same URL, so a link you have already shared keeps working.

Yes, you can edit your job listing after posting. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your job listings, and click the edit button. Note that significant changes may require re-approval by our moderators.

Yes, we provide both RSS and ATOM feeds for job listings. You can find subscription links in the page footer, and your feed reader will find them automatically from any page on the site.

There are three plans. Current prices are on the Pick a plan page — you need to be signed in to see it, because that is also where a listing starts.

More often than daily. We import from python.org's job board, Remote OK and We Work Remotely every hour, and a listing submitted by an employer goes live as soon as it has been reviewed.

Listings expire 30 days after approval, and nothing stays on the home page longer than 60 days, so the front page is always recent openings — everything older is in the past jobs archive.

The one thing we cannot do automatically is notice that a role has been filled before its 30 days are up. If you posted it, close it from your job listings page. If you spotted it, use the flag link on the listing and we will take a look.

Most listings come directly from the employers hiring. We also import every hour from python.org's job board, Remote OK and We Work Remotely, and we pick up roles announced in the community — the Django News newsletter is often where we see them first.

Every imported listing is screened before it is published, and anything that is not a genuine Python or Django role is rejected.

Every listing is read by a person before it is published, so there is a wait. The review queue is checked daily, but we do not promise a turnaround time.

Open My Listings from the account menu and use the close button on the listing. It stops appearing among open jobs straight away and moves to the past jobs archive with a [Closed] badge, so the URL you shared stays valid.

If you cannot get into the account that posted it, use the flag link on the listing and we will close it for you.

On the past jobs archive. It lists everything that has rolled off the front page — closed, expired, or simply published more than 60 days ago — newest first, and you can search and filter it the same way as the home page. A few of the newer ones may still be open, so check the listing.

It is worth a look even when you are job hunting today: it shows which companies have hired Django developers over the years and what they were hiring for.
